Nonwoven equipment manufacturing, raw material production and product processing have formed a complete supply chain system, among which the production and application development of medical nonwoven is particularly prominent. Non-woven cloth can be deeply processed into artificial skin, anti-stick gauze, surgical clothes and hats, antibacterial cover, disinfectant package cloth, protective clothing, anti-bacterial cloth, masks, diapers, sanitary napkins, sanitary pads and civil rag, wipe cloth, wet face towel, towel, soft towel rolls, beauty products, etc. Mainly using spunbonded, hot melt compound and spunbonded production process, PP spunbonded fabric division to make sanitary cloth, hot melt compound cloth for sanitary napkins and sanitary pads, spunbonded cloth for personal care and environmental protection strictly controlled surgical supplies. The demand for disposable medical nonwoven fabrics, sanitary napkins, diapers and nursing products is increasing day by day. The export volume of nonwoven coils is small, and 50% of the finished products are exported. After 2003, the import of non-woven fabric turned into negative growth, and export grew at a rate of 16%.


Spunlace and spunbond are the fastest growing non-woven processes in China in recent years, followed by needling and hot bonding. Changes in the medical protective products market have paved the way for the widespread application of high-performance and low-cost non-woven fabrics.


Adopts the American DuPont technology to produce the spunbonded melt-blown type (SMS and SMMS) water repellent non-woven fabric, the outer layer is spunbonded with long silk, the inside is melt-blown with superfine fiber. Low weight, strength, high elongation; High air permeability and strong resistance. Product uniformity, high opacity; The spunbond layer is composed of continuous filament with good breaking strength and elongation. The melt-blown layer is composed of continuous microfiber, which has good blocking effect to water, bacteria, dust, etc. High water pressure resistance and good air permeability; Good acid and alkali resistance; Can produce different colors. In the medical industry, it can be used as surgical gowns, surgical towels, wound care, protective clothing, hats, masks, etc. In the field of health, it can be used as the side leakage prevention edge of infant diapers and adult incontinence diapers.


The anti-alcohol effect of SMS (SMMS) non-woven fabric for special use can reach grade 10 (that is, it can resist 100% alcohol), and it has good anti-blood and anti-oil effect. Antistatic SMS (SMMS) nonwoven fabric has good antistatic effect, surface resistance is less than 108Ω, and operating clothes and isolation clothes are made. Smms non-woven fabrics have good antibacterial effect and are widely used in medical, industrial and sanitary environments with high microbial requirements.
