Compared with foreign medical protective clothing (such as DuPont medical protective clothing, Lakeland medical protective clothing), China's medical protective clothing fabrics, clothing still have a certain gap. From the application of the material can be roughly divided into coating material, PU | TPU film composite material and composite material of PTFE microporous membrane three types:
1. Coating materials. Most domestic enterprises use wet or dry process of polyurethane, polyacrylate, polyvinylidene fluoride on the fabric coating finishing, and then the fabric is used to make protective clothing.
2.PU and TPU film composites. This kind of composite material has some improvement in moisture permeability and comfort compared with coating material.
3.PTFE microporous membrane composites. PTFE microporous film can effectively solve the two shortcomings of coating materials, PU and TPU membrane composites, such as poor durability and poor moisture permeability. The disadvantage of PTFE is the high cost.
