4. Heparin anticoagulant tube has green cap, and heparin is increased in blood collection tube. Heparin directly has the effect of antithrombin and can prolong the coagulation time of the specimen. Suitable for red blood cell fragility test, blood gas analysis, hematocrit test, erythrocyte sedimentation rate and general energy biochemical determination, not suitable for blood coagulation test. Excessive heparin causes the collection of white blood cells and cannot be used for white blood cell count. It is not suitable for the classification of white blood cells because it can make the scene of blood stain light blue.
5. The light green head cover of the plasma separation tube can be added with heparin lithium anticoagulant in the flexible separation hose to achieve the intention of rapid separation of plasma. It is the best choice for electrolyte detection, and can also be used for routine plasma biochemical detection and ICU and other emergency plasma biochemical detection. Plasma specimens can be directly put into the machine and stored in cold storage for 48 hours.
6. EDTA anticoagulant tube purple cap, EDTA (molecular weight 292) and its salt is a kind of amino polycarboxylic acid, which can effectively chelate calcium ions in blood samples, chelate calcium or remove calcium reaction site to block and stop endogenous or exogenous coagulation process, and then avoid coagulation in blood samples. It is suitable for general hematological examination, but not for blood clotting test and platelet function examination. It is also not suitable for calcium ion, potassium ion, sodium ion, iron ion, alkaline phosphatase, creatine kinase and leucine aminopeptidase determination and PCR test.
7. The sodium citrate coagulation test tube is light blue cap. The sodium citrate mainly chelates with the calcium ions in the blood sample and has an anticoagulant effect. Potassium oxalate/sodium fluoride gray cap, sodium fluoride is a weak anticoagulant, often used in combination with potassium oxalate or sodium iodate, the share of sodium fluoride 1, potassium oxalate 3. This mixture 4mg can make 1ml blood in 23 days without coagulation and differentiation of pressure sugar, it is a good preservation agent for blood glucose determination, can not be used for urease determination of urea, alkaline phosphatase and amylase determination, recommended for blood glucose detection.
